Description:
DeimosMUD is a CircleMUD that offers a lot of enhancements and features. Come see our unique multi-classing, intuitive skill system, and completely original world. [1]
DeimosMUD offers a lot of features you won't find on other MUDs. Written in Circle code, Deimos has gone beyond the basic circlemud into something entirely of its own. Some of these features are found on Deimos: -Multiclassing in which you can gain 60 levels in each guild (Warrior, Cleric, Mage, and Thief). -A completely custom world created solely for Deimos (no stock zones). -A Player-Killing system, where you must complete a quest to become a PKer and can only kill other Pkers. -The ability to forge weapons from special items found in certain zones. -A unique system to increase attributes such as str, con, etc. -Clans that are based off the story and dieties in the mud. -Ongoing quests and story driven events run by the immortal staff. -A sparring system where you are transfered along with a person you challenge to a sparring arena where you fight to the death witout loss of items! This is a wonderful mud, many zones and mobs to kill. The only improvement that this mud needs is having Immortals on every once in a while and that it has a small playerbase. However, it is increasing everyday with more and more posts on the boards of returning players. Hopefully Katz' attempts to bring more players will be successful and you will be among the players and become a regular player.

Deimos is a tough mud. The only way to advance to the highest levels of play is persistence such as Odysseus's. It is not enough to know the in's and out's of buying extra hp's or mana, where the sweetest gear is... all that will mean nothing unless you know the mud and where what is. The first 15 levels are cake. After that it's time to take stock of the challenge ahead and persevere. The best weapons in the game are forgeable by a blacksmith for you. Even without super weapons or stats Deimos is playable. Mobs range from one-shoting you to -4776 hp to missing every time. Enjoy and stay at it. Remember mages don't really need a weapon, warriors get 2 more attacks than everyone else, clerics have a mana to hitpoints shield and thieves backstab. Wifidi
