A vast and detailed land awaits those who are daring enough to explore it. There is a world where fire burns in the hearts of men, some who seek freedom from tyrrany and injustice while others search for order and power. Causes clash on the battlefield and in palace halls as the ideals of men collide. There is a world where water flows and wine sparkles in cups as comrades-in-arms share an evening of songs, peace, and revelry. Some celebrate their life, while others seek to escape it. There is a world where the wind speaks of ancient ruins and mystic secrets long hidden from the eyes of man and beast. Brave adventurers plumb the secrets of ages past in order to protect their future... or doom it. Welcome to the world of Ivalice, a land where The Final Fantasy game series has been unified thematically and geographically into a cohesive whole. High adventure, intense battles, and political events mesh together to form a dynamic and wonderous world set against the familiar backdrop of Square-Enix's most popular video game franchise. Both canon characters and original characters are available for application and play. The general world is based around FF12 and FFT, with elements from all of the other Final Fantasy games except for 11 and 14 included to varying degrees. Final Fantasy Mush: A converged world composed of 11 former worlds from FF1-FFX, FFT and now FFX-2. No one knows what caused the convergence, an inexplicable phenomenon that caused the merging of eleven mystical worlds into one. And yet, somehow, each of these worlds were somehow connected, all of them were known as Gaia, mystical realms where magic was common, where airships ruled the skies, but also dragons and fiends roamed the countryside. Mystical creatures of yore also existed in each of these worlds, creatures with enormous power that a few chosen ones could summon; Espers, Aeons, Guardian Forces..They had been known through the ages by several names. But Gaia in its various incarnations had been wrought with much violence and war..Through corrupt corporations..Through evil, power hungry kingdoms..And through the efforts of those few, dark and twisted individuals with the powers of gods. But for all their evil, there was always a force of good who stood against them. Perhaps it was the combined energies of the 'final battles' that took place in their respective Gaias that led to the convergence, a melding of all eleven worlds into one. After several years of seeing new alliances and new enemies formed, the crystals that kept the converged world in a state of balance suddenly shattered and escaped the palace. People scrambled to gather the crystals for themselves, but Exdeath had other plans to restore the worlds to their former, unconverged states. He put an ultimatum to hand over the crystals to himself, but when everyone refused, he threw them into the void. Gradually, the heroes gathered forces to penetrate the elemental palaces and ultimately obtained the legendary weapons to defeat Exdeath. But now, it seems that the world has changed drastically..And perhaps the heroes had not won afterall..Come and join final fantasy mush today, and relive the legend.. [2]
